To achieve this goal, we have established the following guidelines for all user conduct and content on our services. These guidelines apply to all video content, image content, audio content, messages, moments, profiles, usernames, and any other activity on our services. Violating our community guidelines may lead to the suspension of your account and access to our services, as well as the removal of any associated content.

 

Wansa Club reserves the right to suspend any account at any time for conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful. You are free to appeal your suspension, but we are not obligated to provide a reason for our decision.

 

Legal Compliance

You must adhere to all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our services. Content or activity that features, encourages, or solicits illegal activity is prohibited.

 

Hate Speech and Harassment

Content or activity that facilitates, promotes, or encourages discrimination, harassment, or violence based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or nationality is prohibited.

 

Pornography, Inappropriate Behavior, and Violence

  • Content or activity that includes:
  • Pornography, sexual intercourse, or adult servicess
  • Nudity and overtly sexual behavior and/or attire
  • Extreme violence, gore, and other obscene conduct

 

Targeted Harassment, Threats, and Violence

Harassment, defamation, intimidation, raiding with malicious intent, or stalking of other persons or users, including Wansa Club Team, Wansa Club Group, or any Wansa Club official accounts, is strictly prohibited. Zero-tolerance harassment violations will result in immediate indefinite suspension for activities including:

  • Attempting or threatening to harm or kill another person
  • Brandishing lethal or harmful weapons, such as guns, knives, or explosives

 

Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information

Do not invade others' privacy. Sharing content that reveals private personal information about individuals or their private residences without permission is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

 

Broadcasting content that invades another’s privacy and/or occurs on private property without permission

Sharing personally identifiable information (such as real name, location, ID, and restricted or protected social profiles)

 

Spam, Scams, and Malicious Conduct

Content or activity that disrupts, interrupts, harms, or otherwise violates the integrity of Wansa Club services or another user's experience or devices is prohibited. This includes:

  • Posting large amounts of repetitive, unwanted messages or user reports
  • Distributing unauthorized advertisements
  • Defrauding others
  • Spreading malware or viruses
  • Impersonation
  • Content or activity intended to impersonate an individual or organization is prohibited. Attempts to misrepresent yourself as a member of Wansa Club Team or Admins is a zero-tolerance violation and will result in immediate indefinite suspension.

 

Copyright Violations

Do not upload any content that you do not have the rights to, or are otherwise not authorized to use. Activities related to copyright violations may make your account liable to DMCA takedowns by third-party rights holders. Such activity includes:

  • Rebroadcasting other Wansa Club broadcasters’ content
  • Playing pirated games
  • Showing third-party movies and television shows
  • Rebroadcasting a sports match
  • Uploading content from other sites without the permission of the copyright owner
